Abundant Community Edmonton (ACE) is a neighborhood engagement and organization approach building a culture of connection through neighborly conversations. Inspired by the principles and philosophies in John McKnight and Peter Block’s The Abundant Community, ACE is supported by the City of Edmonton and volunteer-driven.

This seven-minute video shares why citizens feel this effort is needed in a time when many are isolated and disconnected. Block Connectors and volunteers are using ACE’s resources to reach out to their neighbors and build new connections. Watch the video to hear some of the successes the initiative has seen to date.
